Agents logout at 00:00 issue

Hi,

I have inbound campaign on vicidial but when clock change the date in night at 12, all agents logout and we need to relogin.
I want agents will not logout when date of server changed during production. I hope I explained my question.

Im using single server with SIP trunk .

Check your crontab entries for something at that time.

Also, look for your System Setting "Timeclock end of day" to see what that is set to.

Dear Sir,

System Setting "Timeclock end of day" is 0000.

I don't want agents to logout by system when date change.
