Hi Guys,

Anyone experienced intermittent Time Synchronization error? We setup 3 servers 1 database and 2 dialers, only one dialer is having a Time Synchronization error. We only experienced the error intermittently and when we login 2 accounts only 1 account will get the time synch error. We have checked the time of the PC and server and all are synch. Any recommendations?

I would suggest upgrading to a more recent svn/trunk revision, we have fixed a lot of bugs in the last 3 years.

1) Minor note: You should also post your installer with Version. Usually available on the console login/splash screen.

2) Note that if time is actually synced when you get this message, it's usually dropped packets from the agent workstation to the agent's web server. If it only happens on one workstation, there may be networking issues at the physical location. As Matt pointed out there have been improvements in this handshake since your version that may help, however, if you are dropping packets and that's causing this issue you may still want to find out why and fix the problem rather than just the symptom. An upgrade is definitely a good idea if you don't have custom code in the way.

Thank you for the recommendation. We will try to update the SVN and check if this will solve the issue.

That installer came in five flavors ... later versions had slight bug fixes, earlier versions may have required adjustments. Notes for each would be in the Vicibox board for that installer.
