Showing wrong campaign caller ID, and calls go to viber

Hello all, I'm fairly new to vicidial administration, and have encountered a problem that needs to be resolved.

Today I copied an already existing campaign that was working perfectly to a new campaign, and after that I changed the outbound caller ID to a new number that should be displayed when calls are made from this campaign. I also loaded 2 lists and connected them with the new campaign.

Problems appeared when I tested the new campaign, and the problems are:
I tested it by making manual calls to mobile phones with Bosnian numbers that were close to me and if the mobile phone has internet connection it automatically sends the call to viber and displays the correct caller ID, but if the phone was offline (has no internet connection) dialing time is longer and when the call passes it shows a random caller ID. Then I changed the caller ID in the old campaign to the number that's in the new campaign and same thing started to happen on that campaign which previously worked perfect, and by perfect I mean it showed the correct campaign caller ID and calls didn't automatically go to viber. After that i deleted the new campaign and in the old one switched the number to the number it was showing before and it still had same problems with making calls. When I called german numbers (the first campaign is meant for german customers and the new one to croatian customers) it showed the correct caller ID. Can somebody please explain what can be done to resolve this issue. Server specs that i managed to find are pasted below, with the dialplan entry of our carrier (siptraffic), if you need something more don't hesitate to ask.

Deleted the ip from the rest of agi because it's same and it allows 5 links on forum


I added this extension recently by copying the extension for Bosnia (387) because when calls are made to a Croatian number system responds with an automated message "Sorry that is not a valid extension, please try again"

Your VICIdial version is from over 7 years ago. There are all kinds of bugs that have been fixed since then(including Caller ID bugs), so I would strongly recommend upgrading to the most recent svn/trunk revision.
