How to use agent debugging

I have set the agent debug field in system settings to the userid of the agent i want to monitor and checked in the admin utilities>agent debug page after doing a manual dial test call but it says *** NO RECORDS FOUND ***

Do i need to configure something else in order to use this?

At this point, I just set the field to "1", since I haven't run into any issues with load because of the agent debug logging. Mostly since the system will purge anything over 7 days old every night. It should work setting the ID of the agent, although I have not tested that in all cases, like using alphabetic user IDs.

My bad, i was looking at the debug page for another server (OOPS). I had to many tabs open. It's working just fine, with the userid as well as with setting 1.
