Hi all,

Recently I've discovered this infuriating problem across multiple servers -
The calls get stuck in queue - specifically under "Vicidial: Calls Waiting" even though calls are available.

This has happened with 6 agents on a server built for 25.
It has happened to 33 agents on a server built for 50.

Both completely different test environments - different servers + different location.

I've added in another server today to make sure it wasn't an overload. I'll ahve tot est that out but from my results yesterday I don't think it's likely.

Check 'mtop' or your database query queue when this is happening, this is usually caused by a lock in the database.

The solution is usually to either archive log tables, archive leads or move reporting to a slave replication server.

And verify that the "call priority" on all calls in all ingroups and campaigns is ZERO to avoid "you can't get past me" locking.
