Hi guys, Is it possible to make the "Real Time Screen" of a campaign accessible by our client, just that interface is we want them to access for them to monitor their campaign. They we're suggesting installing FOP2 but when that happens FOP2 will always shows active calls because every sip is on a conference.

You need to make changes in "realtime_report.php" if you want to grant your client only access to the Real Time Main Report without login into admin web section, but there is a almost similar solution to restrict a user only to view a certain report:
1. Create a new user group for your client and check only the right campaign as "Allowed Campaigns". Then select there only "Real-Time Main Report" as "Allowed Reports". Further restrict all other options there as you want.
2. Add a new user and change the user group of this user to the one that has just been created. View reports is the only setting, which should be enabled ("1") all other settings should be disabled ("0").

But think of it that your client perhaps will be able to see some more information by mistake, although he won't be able to edit or open it in detail. E.g. he could read the name of your scripts, if you set the ADMIN GROUP of this script to ALL.

Look at the Vicidial Manager's Manual under "Reports only user". Yes, you can micromanage which reports are available to the user and restrict them to just the Real Time. It begins with User Level 7 if I recall correctly. And of course their User Group will determine which campaigns they are allowed to see.

What do you mean exactly? I don't understand this question?

Hi

I think I managed to achieved what I need to do. I create a user with level 7 and set only view report to 1, others are 0. I created a user group for that user to and check only the campaign the user only can access for reports and also i select the "realtime main report" only on allowed reports. And voila... works I expected. Thanks

What do I need now is if there is a possible api for this to integrate to our website, so our client will go to our website and login there and redirect to the permitted user account I creat for him.

I still did not understand what you mean. You can create a hyperlink on your website, which points to the realtime report. It is also possible to login directly through the link:

http://user:password@server-ip/vicidial/realtime_report.php
