GROUP MISSING :(

i have vicibox 7.03 cluster version , and i observed in user stats page this for several users:
OUTBOUND CALLS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD: (10000 record limit) [DOWNLOAD]

many calls don´t show the group of the campaign, i edit many values for security
someone know why show this ?
i need that the correct group appear in the report
