Call hungup

Hi,
I have a fresh install vicibox.. the call connects and once the customer pickupthe phone the status in agent page will change from live call to hungup but the actual call did not hungup. please advise.

BUILD: 140612-1628

i download the iso in vicibox page
no other apps or hardware installed

Hi

Are you sure the other side has actually picked up the call?
What do the logs say?

Make sure that your codecs are set correctly and are in line with your trunk provider
Make sure your dialplan is correct and that your campaign prefix is aligned with that of your carrier.

Appart from that I would need more information regarding your setup as well as some logs output of your call attempt.

check Incase there is a mismatch of db_schema vicidial trunk
server config: i3,4gb, Centos 6.9 64bit | Version: 2.14b0.5 | Schema: 1528 | revision 2928| Asterisk 1.8.0 | E1-card
