Auto Dial not working: RATIO

Hi,

VERSION: 2.12-552a
BUILD: 160429-0835

Issue: I can't seem to have auto-dial working. Leads are in the hopper, but it won't agent screen won't call leads.
When I log in successfully, it goes to PAUSE, when i go READY nothing happens.

Here's my campaign setup:.
Dial Status to Dial - NEW
Hopper Leads - 5 NEW Leads
Dial Method - RATIO
Dial Level - 1
Auto Dial Level Threshold - WAITING AGENTS
Agents - 1
AuAvailable Only Tally Threshold - WAITING AGENTS
Agents - 1

Logged in Agents and waiting 1

Do the leads clear from the hopper after a minute when your agent is ready and waiting or do they stay in there no matter how long you are in a READY state?

Hi MJ,

What do you mean? Do they clear out when no calls from the list are made? No. When there are no calls are made (in which what is happening right now), the leads stays in the hopper until they are called.

If that's what you are asking.

Also, yes. Even if I'm ready for like 30mins with no dialed leads. Leads in the hopper dont clear out. Leads stays.

When they log in and go READY, what status is showing in the Real Time Report?

The agent status is READY in the realtime report.

Hi

What is your Local Call Time set as under the campaign settings (Detail view) Try changing it to 24Hours just to test that the hopper calls are being fed.
What is your Minimum hopper level set to? try setting it to 200
Make sure the option "No Hopper Dialing" is not set to Y. If set to Y change it to N and submit.
Check if your numbers are in the correct format when you click on the link at the bottom of your campaign called "Click here to see what leads are in the hopper right now"
Always make sure that if your leads are NEW that you have the dial status NEW set in your campaign (I believe you said you have this set. Just mentioning it again :D )

This is SOLVED.

Sorry, for responding so late. Anyway, i was too dumb to notice, man, it's the PREFIX. Dang it.
