Do not play agent alert sound for customer

We are using an agent alert sound in an ingroup to announce to an agent that they have a caller on the line who speaks a different language. But the caller also hears this alert prompt, does anyone know how this can only be played for the agent and not for the caller?

What is the "Agent Alert Delay" set to for that in-group?

How long is the Agent Alert Filename?

The agent alert sound is 3 seconds and the delay 1000 ms, so i suppose i need to at least set it to 3000? Never used that setting before.
