Dial timed out contact your system Administrator

Hi Guys !
When i try to dial a number through vicidial agent it gives me dial timed out and when i try to do it through X-Lite it gives Failed to establish call.
I m using Vicidial v8 ....I think it has some thing to do with my dial plan entry if you can check it for me...

Dial prefix = 001
Dial plan entry:
exten => _001NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _001NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(user:password@host domain:5060/${EXTEN:2},,tTor)
exten => _001NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

It would be helpful if you share asterisk cli output while making calls from xlite or vicidial agent.
