Hi Vicidial Community,

I have this concern where doing Manual Dial, that set the Dial Code to nothing and set phone number to 9XXXXXXXXXX since campaign configuration has the proper prefix set beforehand. but when the call finish and we search it, The last local call date is set to GMT 0.00, 8 hours behind on our current server GMT which is GMT+8.

Having this to our concern that on LAST LOCAL CALL DATE,
eg: 2018-10-03 01:23:04

is different from call date/time shown under AGENT LOG RECORDS FOR THIS LEAD: and RECORDINGS FOR THIS LEAD:,

which is 2018-10-03 09:23:06

Looking forward for your inputs :) Thank you

VERSION: 2.12-550a

How did you make the manual dialed call? Which field(s) were filled in? What settings did you change (if any) to get rid of the dial code? (and why, if you did)?

Have you tried this in the Standard Vicidial Interface to test if this problem is limited to Goautodial's interface?

Are you sure you need to use the goautodial installer instead of the Vicibox installer? (sharing the reason why is often beneficial as well.)

Hi William,

Sorry for late revert,

How did you make the manual dialed call? Which field(s) were filled in?
~Done a Manual Dialing when paused, filled Phone Number (Digits Only) and uncheck the tickbox of Search Existing Leads.

What settings did you change (if any) to get rid of the dial code?
~The Omit Phone Code under detailed view of campaign settings. this get rid of dial code on Manual dial when paused right?

Have you tried this in the Standard Vicidial Interface to test if this problem is limited to Goautodial's interface? Are you sure you need to use the goautodial installer instead of the Vicibox installer? (sharing the reason why is often beneficial as well.)
~uhhhhmmmm is ViciBox Redux v.6.0.4 is a goautodial installer?

Nope. Goautodial also installs the standard vicidial screens, you just don't know where they are. go lookin' and you will find that your pretty goautodial screens are merely masking the underlying existence of a full-stock-vicidial installation. use those stock vicidial screens to see if the problem is being generated by the goautodial screens or is part of the underlying vicidial system (leading to the likelihood that you've misconfigured something).

Into which field? (there's a name for the field, some interfaces have more than one, and some are Outside the standard vicidial pathways by design).
jikseyres16 wrote:Omit Phone Code
To be clear: The vicidial GMT script uses several fields to determine the proper time zone of each lead.Country Code (US?) dial code (1?) and area code (407?) and even postal code (33837?) are all useful. If, however, there isn't enough information available (just a phone number, for instance, or a phone number with an included country prefix undiscernable from the actual phone number instead of being included in the dial code), there's no way for that script to guess at an time zone.

Next up: WHY did you disable the dial code? Bored? 8-)

Also searched the forum for kinda same issues as or server but without success.

Thanks in advance
