Inbound report - custom indicators

Can anyone tell me what these abbreviations mean?

---------- CUSTOM INDICATORS
GDE (Answered/Total calls taken in to this In-Group)
ACR (Dropped/Answered)
TMR1 (Answered within seconds/Answered)
TMR2 (Answered within seconds/Answered)


I looked in the manager manual but it only says this:

Next are custom indicators, which will show you different percentages for different inbound metrics
like Answered calls out of total calls.

Honestly I don't even know what those abbreviations stand for, they were originally added for an Italian client over a decade ago, and I put them in as is.
