I have installed then restored db from my old server. but there is some time sycronisation issue.

I found the system and php, db timing issue. i have updated ip using script.

but still not resoled.

any help ?

Make sure you ran the IP update script, the voicemail server is set correctly, and that all the IPs are correct in both SYSTEM SETTINGS and SERVER. Also, is ASTERISK running? errors?

and did you upgrade the DB to match the new install?

yes. svn are same. it seems kind of bug. i reinstalled twice. same issue. Then i used installer 8.0 . and it worked without any issue.

If I was a guessing man, I would guess Your old database probably has asterisk 11 in the server settings but the new vicibox comes with asterisk 13

these are not the same thing. saying "yes" makes me think you upgraded, but saying "svn are same" immediately after, as if this is proof of DB upgrade makes me think you may not have upgraded the DB.

For Clarity: did you upgrade the DB using sql files from the extras folder?

yes you are right..i did not upgrade DB. but i used same SVN version. That might be a problem. i will upgrade db and and will check.

/usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/UPGRADE text file contains upgrade instructions.
