Solution needed

1- I cannot get live calls. In other words I am not able to listen live calls of my agents
2- I am not able to barge any live calls. In other words I should be able to jump into any live call.

Can anyone now how this will done.

can you tell us

how are you doing listen or barge the calls

as for i know you should
login as a admin level and with softphone ? to barge or listen calls.

Hi,
have you follow the scratch installation? have you setup the extension and meetme for the barge/listen?Can you able to make calls?

Could you please explain to us clearly what was wrong so that we can able to help you.
