Hi guys is it possible to set Drop points for transfer number, for example when we call D1, if none is answering it will automatically proceed to D1 numbers and so on, can we set this thing like this.? Thanks a lot

I have no idea what this means. If you call D1 you call D1 and if D1 doesn't answer, then D1 doesn't answer.

If you want to call a "group" of numbers, transfer to an ingroup instead and put remote agents in the Ingroup (with OnHook to round-robin until you get an answer). But I still don't get what "D1 numbers" are lol.
