When i start survey campaign Calls are getting hanged up automatically after passing through DTMF signal without playing Optin MSG.

Here is Asterisk CLI

After press the DTMF the optin_thankyou_gsm.gsm' is not played, then the call is sent to the agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi that script should send the calls out to the agents that are logged in, but that also fails, So question what change when it works and when it does not work ?

when i test this using some test DID leads in campaign with dial level 2 or 3 (DID is configured in zoiper and xlite) in a way to ring max 3 calls, i get calls and DTMF works properly and calls get landed to login agent . But when i test it on regular leads having landline or cellphone number , calls doesn't reach login agents , it is just getting hanged up .

If this is carrier issue then test leads should also not work. Even i tried to replicate same scenario and setting in actual camp with same dial level of 2 or 3 to ring max 3 to 4 number, just to avoid if carrier is blocking too many DTMF , but still no calls getting connected to agents.

Already tried to change DTMFmode , but nothing seems to work . Tested with another carrier but seems it blocks DTMF signal.

Checked list report , out of 10k leads, more than 5000 have PM status and about 500 have PU status. Already tried it on many different set of list in case leads are not valid or customer is just hanging up after listening to first message . But still its not possible out of 5000 PM leads not even a single customer waited to get connected to agents.

This is fresh install on cloud .

Have you tried a different carrier? Most of the auto-dial-friendly carriers out there do not handle DTMF very reliably.

Seems, this is only option left to try . Any suggestion for carrier ..

Thanks
