Another live agent session was open using your user ID. It has been disabled. Click OK to continue to the agent screen.
I keep getting the above message every time I login into the agent screen. Could you tell why this is happening, and is it anything more then a nuisance? This is a new server and at this time I am the only agent on this server.

If nobody is usin the user ID and you still got that error, you should check the VICI DB, mybe it has an old session that was not deleted
