Question 1) Do we have a report of "Live Calls Taken by Agent?"

Question 2) If yes, can it be seen from Agent screen as side info or pop up? Agent needs read and edit access to calls that went "Live," while working/pausing the campaign.

Please advise.

I think I am looking for is wht follows below, but generated by the Agent on its own "Agent window," and have the report refreshing as the Agent page reloads.
