RECORDINGS FOR REMOTE AGENT

Hi there guys i have set up a Remote agent where it calls an external number and used it for inbound calls, where inbound calls come in and route to this ingroup where remote agents are added, but the problem even the campaign and ingroup is set to ALL CALLS recording on the remote agent user i don't see any recording at all

only this 7000_20191111-134238_5402357257_DEBT and when i tried to search for the file with that in audio format like .mp3 still i can't find any files at all, any idea how to set recordings for this setup.?

Recording settings for inbound are in the Ingroup.
Vicidial Installation and Repair, plus Hosting and Colocation
Newest Product: NonDisruptive Lead Loader for Enterprise Vicidial Clusters.
(IE: Keep on dialing even while loading large lists!)
