Manual Dial on On-Hook Agent [Solved]

Hi,

I have enabled the On-Hook Agent option in Phones for an inbound campaign and its working perfect.
But when I try to dial a number manually (outbound) the call gets timeout without dialing.

Kindly help me how to do manual dial along with Inbound in On-Hook option.

Installation : Vicibox.9.0 ISO
VERSION: 2.14-718a

Got the issue resolved after entering the manual dial number in the agent screen I clicked ring on the top left next to login and got the softphone ringing.

After answering the call it connected to the outbound number.
