Good afternoon Team,

After having a clean install of Vicidial on an 8 server cluster. I come to find out that we can't set up WebRTC since the new vicidial 9.1 ISO is not supported for the cloud.
from what I'm hearing it's only available for the vicidial 8.1 only on cloud.

Can anyone chime in on this matter?

Version: 2.14-738a
Build: 200210-1628

1 - DB
3 - Webservers
4 - Telephone Servers

Thanks.

There is no "cloud". You are talking about a specific server hosting provider, but haven't given a name of the provider.

If a server hosting provider allows installing from a custom .iso (such as Vicibox), then you should be able to use any version you like unless there is a hardware compatibility issue with their specific equipment.

My advice: Share WHO told you this and how they told you, or where you are trying to install it, or something a bit more detailed and perhaps we can help you past your block.

You can use Vultr there is a $100 credit for new customers, you can upload the iso and install the server this is my favorite cloud server, very reliable

If autodialing is a violation of their Terms, you can not upload an autodialer. So the answer is "you don't". Host it somewhere else.

vultr no longer allow to install servers with vicidial :(

I have some installations running and it does not allow me to do more installations. I am looking for a new VPS probe that will allow me to install vicidial
