Timing Error

On Realtime report dashboard user login and user pause time showing same for every user.

Please help me.

Probably the timezone on your webserver is not set.

First check that the datetime on you server is correct,

Second check your php.ini and verify date.timezone is correct.


You can tell something is wrong because on your admin, the time at the top right corner is not correct.

are they accessing the web server from a different method than you are viewing the realtime screen? thats another possibility
