Postby justinmoodley3 » Wed Dec 23, 2020 6:39 am

Good day

i am fiarly new to Vicidial and i was wondering if there is a way to set a priority order when my data is being dialed and there are multiple sets (eg if i have 5 sets of data and i want the first set to be on a higher priority than the other 4 and so on

go into the list and change this setting: Auto Active List Rank.

That is what the Auto Active List Rank value is for. Not "A" and "B", but "1" and "2".

Also: This is not actually a "general discussion", it's a support request. I'll move it to the Support Board accordingly.

In future, please also remember to post your Vicidial Version With Build as a minimum requirement for free advice. 8-)
