Agent monitoring help

I am a small business owner and do not have the ability to closely monitor my agents. I am wondering if someone could help in monitoring my agents. I have a small staff. I do not need a full time supervisor but probably someone who can check in once or twice a day? Any recommendations will be highly appreciated! Thank you.
