Im currently running a cluster with VERSION: 2.14-777a BUILD: 201113-0754
I just notice that TEST CALLS always send campaign_CID no matter if you have CID_Groups or AREACODE
Not sure if I'm missing something or if this is worth to report on the bug tracker. Maybe it was planed to only work with campaign_cid.

yes the "TEST CALL" is just for that, a test. It will only use campaign caller iD you are testing from, not any other caller id options
