Agent status shows DISPO

HI all
everyday I am facing some issue agent is on call but on report it shows DISPO as status once call stretched for 15 min it shows DISPO
why its happening I don't understand.
Please help

Hi,
I am having the same issue, I think its because of lag issue, when I checked Lag report "Report > Admin utilities > Agent LAGGED Report" it shows me agents extension which have been lagging. I checked network via ping and mtr to server but its fine.
@abhiupadhyayy Did you find any trace or resolution of it ?
