I Would like to seek your help
we have slow in coming calls like 1 - 2 minutes waiting time for the agents
i already tried adjusting the ratio but no luck
we only have 27 agents
vicidial version 2.14-701a
build 190302-1745
asterisk 13.21.1

can you share your campaign settings for this portion and i can tell you what to adjust

how many channels do you have thru your carrier?
