lol... i appologize, it looks like i had one two many 9s in the dial...
it works now.

now i just have to figure out how to make it connect to my agent, but the dialer is dialing out.

make sure you have a correct context when making a call..

and also make sure your dialplan is in the context default.

how to register SIP trunk

In the documentation about vicidialer installation there is a requirement to register SIP trunk.

How to do it?

You are correct, there is no requirement, but instructions are included for how to do it in the SCRATCH_INSTALL.

I'm sorry. But I've got registered SIP trunk and no changes. I still can not see any data in live_channels. How can I be sured that trunk are seen by vicidial? Should I somehow configure them at the admin page?

What is the Asterisl CLI output of "show channels concise" when you are on an active call over this SIP trunk?

I think I fixed the problem with SIP trunks. During a call I can see:

Now the problem is that even if I do a manual dial from the vicidial web interface no calls are been placed. I've got an info:

But nothing happens after I press OK. Only Noone is in your session: 8600051

Is anything showing up in your /var/log/astguiclient/action_full.2006-XX-XX file for an Originate?

hi to you all it seems that my problem was same to you all....no session upon login of agent hope you guys can help me also...hoping....waht would be my first move in finding the source of the problem....

hi..finally i done it...i was able to change my ip- it was my conference extension..i change its default ip to 192.168.2.8 and after that i was able to test call my vici....thanks for all your reply.....

I have issue when i type comand screen -ls i got belowq output
There are screens on:
1873.asterisk (Detached)
1858.astshell20181124042220 (Detached)
1733.ASTconf3way (Detached)
1703.ASTfastlog (Detached)
1698.ASTVDadapt (Detached)
1683.ASTupdate (Detached)
6 Sockets in /var/run/screen/S-root.

there is no such time sync error in report tab in vici.

How to resolve this.
Asterisk version 11.25.3

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Your post: "there is no such time sync error in report tab in vici."

Not only are these completely unrelated, but your post doesn't really make a lot of sense.

The report tab has no errors is a good thing, but time sync would never appear there in the first place.

Perhaps you should try again, create your own post and fully explain your situation (like the rest of us have never seen your system and have no idea what your problem is). Cuz we haven't, and we don't.
