Webphone for Monitoring & Barging

Hi,

I have a server with vici-phone web-phone setup and working properly. I would like to know how to use the same web-phone for Monitoring & Barging the agent calls.

Installation - Standalone server - Vicibox Express Installation - ViciBox_v9.x86_64-9.0.3.iso

you jsut set it on the display options on the realtime screen

How to login to the webphone through admin panel. Cause the webphone can only be accessible through agent login.
