Hi,

I have vicidial server with web phone installed and working perfectly. But when we setup the phone as on-hook for an inbound DID call its not reaching the web phone. When we disable the on-hook its working back again.

I have the installation done through ViciBox v.10-Beta 210319 ISO

Vicidial server with SVN

VERSION: 2.14-825a
BUILD: 210812-1609

Not working is a bit vague.

When the agent logs in without OnHook, what happens? Step By Step. Same quesiton when OnHook is selected. Step By Step. And the Asterisk CLI output, of course.
