Simultaneous Inbound

We are having an instance where sometimes we get 2 inbound calls at the same time. One goes to 1 agent who gets dead air, the other goes to another agent who gets the call. The agent who gets the call sees the agents who didnt get the call as the Fronter, however we dont have an transfer settings that would allow an agent to transfer an inbound call to another agent.
On DID log of calls you can see an example below with 2 differnt log entries at the exact same time. When I search the lead I see 2 Inbound Calls, with 2 separate recordings. The call with dead air has a recording 2-3 seconds before the call that gets to an agent. Is there some setting I might have incorrect that could cause this?

perhaps its in your dialplan entry? thats a strange issue, ive never come across that before. share the asterisk cli during the call so i can see what happens

On the VICI end, there are 2 calls logged, but the first thing to do here is debug if really 2 calls are arriving to your Asterisk VICI server or if the issue ls on the VICI side duplicating data with a single record, I would suggest enable the SIP logs and verify if you have 2 calls you must have 2 INVITE request for the same customer number with 2 different Call-ID headers

The Call-ID header field acts as a unique identifier to group
together a series of messages.
