Problem setting up ssl connection with peer
Posted: Thu Sep 30, 2021 6:02 amSince this morning i had to help various agents working on MacOS where the webphone didn't work anymore. Errors in asterisk console:

[Sep 30 12:17:03] WARNING[17582]: tcptls.c:845 handle_tcptls_connection: FILE * open failed from peer 'xxxxxxxxxx:58158'!
[Sep 30 12:17:04] == SRTCP unprotect failed because of authentication failure
[Sep 30 12:17:04] ERROR[17584]: tcptls.c:753 handle_tcptls_connection: Problem setting up ssl connection with peer 'xxxxxxxxx:53246': error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1), Internal SSL error
[Sep 30 12:17:04] WARNING[17584]: tcptls.c:845 handle_tcptls_connection: FILE * open failed from peer 'xxxxxxxxxx:53246'!
The server had a valid certificate and out of 4 agents 2 had these issues and two didn't. They had the same Chrome version and same MacOS security updates. Does anyone have a clue?
