Realtime report status error

In the realtime report (text & html) for a Manual_Inbound campaign, the status should be INCALL but remains as DIAL instead for agents doing manual outbound calls.

This error cropped up suddenly where it was previously working fine.

vicidial_auto_calls.uniqueid is not being populated. The error automatically resolved if we insert the uniqueid (from the call_log table).
Please advise how I can troubleshoot the issue.

Vicidial verion info is:
VERSION: 2.14-833a
BUILD: 211106-1500
on Asterisk 13.29.2-vici installed by Scratch Install on Slackware 14.2.

Kindly post more technical details on your vicidial instance..
