Catch Dropped Calls from call menu to a list

This is my setup:

DID > Call Menu > Call Menu > Ingroup

I have already setup drop lists for Inbound groups and that is working perfectly.

I need to capture the callers who hung up while in the call menu abd then send them to a list. Please advise..

Thank you for posting your full Vicidial Version with Build. You may want to consider adding your installation method with version (or .iso name). It's been known to help.

I do not believe that call menus have this functionality, but you could initiate a record during the DID phase and then kill that record during ingroup activity. That way if it dies in the call menu, it's already in place. No code changes. 8-)
