As per the recent email released by the ViciDial Group, a security vulnerability before SVN version 3583 can allow remote attackers access. Please make sure to update your SVN, a brief article describing this issue and how to update can be found here:

This was an email notice sent to our premise clients. Our hosted clients have already been upgraded, and we are planning on posting a public notice next Monday with more details.
