Agent Login Time Coming Higher Than Actual

Hi,

We are getting a weird issue where agent login time coming higher than actual.

Let suppose an agent logins at 09:17:14 and gets logout at 17:33:12 than the actual login time would be 8:15:58 but in Agent Time Detail Report, it's coming 9:51:59. How that can be possible.

cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

cat /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/version
2.14b0.5

Asterisk: 13.29.2

Can you please give some light on the same to correct it.

FYI: In User Stats, this agent showing logout multiple time without the respective login time.

This is happening to multiple agents.

Please help...

Hey Ikram,

It sounds like the multiple logout entries were coming from the auto dial script. Can you check if that is the case and check if the agents were LAGGED during their shift please?

Thanks,
Martin.

Please provide the screen grabs of the offending data sources. Note that based on your assertion, it's still possible that the agent logged in before 9AM and/or after 5PM on that same day. Also, do you refer to the time sheet login or do you refer to logging into a campaign as an agent?

Next up: You provided your asterisk version content of the trunk/version file, but not the Vicidial Version with Build.

You obviously did not install this from the Vicibox installer, it would be very useful if you provided a link to the instructions you used for your installation. It's possible that the install is flawed, and others who used this installation method may benefit from linking to this post.
