problem with Export Leads Report

Hello The Vicidial Team,
It's been a really long time since I've been using vicidial and I still have a problem with Export Leads Report and I decided today to write this topic.

When I make an extraction (Export Leads Report) from a date to a date I always have errors I have leads that do not correspond to the dare mentioned.
example:
When I extract leads from April 25 to April 29, I get leads from today on 05 mail.
Someone has already solved this problem please.

1) Thank you for listing your Installer Version and type.

2) You have not listed your Vicidial Version with Build. This value is at the bottom left corner of almost every Administration page.

3) You did see this note at the top of the Export Leads Report, right?

"This report pulls lead information for calls dialed in the selected date range."


4) You did not provide any examples. You can certainly change the phone number or any personal information to avoid any privacy violations (perhaps change the names to smith and the last 7 digits of each phone number to X's). At this point we don't have any reason to believe there's a problem, just that you dialed some numbers in that timespan you thought you didn't. Providing a few examples of leads you think should not be there, with the data to enforce this belief, would go a long way toward allowing someone to understand your problem.

5) Also: This is not a "General Discussion", it's a request for support. Moving the thread to the Support Board accordingly.

So here is an example:
I Export Leads Report from 01/april/2022 as of 30/april/2022 of my sales and I have a number on my excel file with the date 08/april/2022
but when i search the number on my server with Search For A Lead i find it sale on the date 05/mai/2022. And I noticed that on my excel file I have the date of the call just before which is NA (Non Answer) codified by the system. Attached are the screenshots.

For information, I have this problem on all my servers.

You ran a report for leads with calls in april. This lead was called in april. It showed in the report. I'm confused as to where the problem is.

hello,

The prospect is called and classified as OK (sale) on May 05, 2022 and the report that I executed is the OK (sale) of April only.
normally I will not have it in the extraction.

This a a lead expoert. Not a call export.

It shows all the leads dialed during the reporting period. And it shows their present status.

If you want the status of the CALL and not the LEAD run the calls export instead? I mean, test that theory, of course.

Yes of course I understood the difference between the two, call export and lead export, but in my request I asked for the sales (OK) of April. I agree with you that the telephone number is called in April but not in OK (sale), in April it was classified NA.

and normally I will not have it in my export because it is not an OK (sale) of April.

You're still talking about the call, in history, being a sale. The LEAD is a sale. The lead appears on a LEAD Export report as a sale. Because it's a sale. If you want "history", you do not want a Lead Export report, you want a CALL export report, which would have the information historically rather than present condition. The present condition of that lead is SALE, thus it will show on any LEAD export report as SALE, because that's what the LEAD export report is for: present condition of leads.

Ok thank you very much for the clarification, I had misunderstood the lead export since then. On the other hand, according to you, how do I manage to have an export of my sales over a specific interval. because when I export calls also it does not allow me to have only sales. if the lead changes status, I will always have it in my export, since it is call export :(

Call export has a "status" column allowing export of calls that are SALE only.
