SAVE DROP CALLS IN A LIST IN AN INBOUND CAMPAIGN

Hello I want to save the drop calls of my inbound group in a list to recall when the agents stayed vicious.

My campaing has a blended configuration and the plan is recieved the calls, save the drops in a list and callback from that list.

I create the list XXXXX and set the options "Hold Time Option Callback List ID" and "Wait Time Option Callback List ID" and activate "Wait Time Option" and "Estimated Hold Time Option" to PRESS_CID_CALLBACK & CALLERID_CALLBACK

when I make the test and after the validation in lead search option i have this message:

The search variables you entered are not active in the system

Please go back and double check the information you entered and submit again


I saw that the default list 999 and 998, I don't know but i think that I lack configuration i some part.
