Time between disposition and next call

Hello

we just started using Vici dial on our outbound call center, but I can't figure out how to make the dialer faster?

How can agents receive calls every 10 or 20 seconds?

Rite now they're getting calls every 1 to 3 minutes!

We have 8 agents on vici dial and we are an outbound call center

Can someone help me with this, what should I fix or what settings should I change I've tried every combination between Dial Lvl and Dial time out, Amd on/off tried changing my caller id maybe thinking Spam was ruining my connection. Still no good. What general setting should I share with you guys to help out currently on version 2.14b0.5

you need good data, good carrier service with excellent connectivity, clean DID's and then adjust your dial ratio until you can get to less than 30 seconds, that would be a great accomplishment. good luck
