Lead Load issue

I have a weird isse, where if i try to load leads from a file on anyone elses PC's (logged in as administrator as myself) i get a stripped down version of the load screen, with the columns headers, however the file data doesn't pull through any of the the column headers from the excel sheet.
When i click the drop down box where i can usually match up the headers, there is only "" available.
The headers are there in the excel file, as this works perfectly fine on my own PC.
