Created new disposition in system statues called "I-Intertested" and assigned it the status flag "SCHEDULED CallBack". So, once agent dispos a call with "I", the call back calendar pops and agent is able to schedule call back. Works fine, however, when reviewing statics in the "Lists Campaign Statuses Report" in particular, under status breakdown, the dispo is not being displayed. I went back to system statuses and removed the call back flag (Y > N), and now when the "I" disposition is selected (no call back option to agent) I can see the dispo increment in the report. Is there a know limitation with having both working on this particular report? Or any suggestions? Thanks.
