I have some issues with the webphone (I'm using cyburphone), when I make a manual call from the "Phone Only" page (linked from Reports -> Admin Utilities), the person I call can hear me but I can't hear that person. This only happens with manual calls, I have a did routed to an extension logged in the Phone Only page and the audio is fine on both sides.

Also I noticed that manual calls are not being recorded and there is not record of the calls in the phone call recordings of the extension, I set the Phone Context to defaultlog but is not working. All this using the "Phone Only" page. When I register the extension in a softphone everything works fine.

Anyone have any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

The context field of the phone settings is overridden by whats in the template used for the phone. You'll need to set the context in the template. If none is supplied in the template, regardless what you set the phone context to, it's context will be trunkinbound (or whatever the system default is).

The webphone doesn't (currently) support audio device selection/changing after login, therefore ensure your preferred sound device is set as the default for playback and recording before you log in.
This means if you're using a headset, it must be connected to the computer (and be the default sound device) before you login to the phone.

Take a look at the browser console and asterisk cli when you place a call from the webphone, this will likely yield more information to help you understand what's going on, failing that, share the output here.

Thank you, I put the context in the template and it worked.

The audio problem in manual calls was solved changing the cyburphone to viciphone
