Disabling Agent Alerts

Hi! Im new to the vicidial and this is my first post, i was configuring my server to hide the customers phone numbers but when the agent does a call appears an alert and it shows the phone number that is calling (we use a server that has a page where the agents can see their appointments and from there they click on a button that places the call in vicidial automaticaly)

So i found in the users configuration "Allow alerts" but even when its "0" "deactivated" it stills show the alert.
so im trying to hide the customer number or the alert box that pops when placin the call.

Could you post the exact words of what this alert displays?
