Logout Script - ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl Not running

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl this piece of script is not running and also not showing in screen -ls output.
while using /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl --debugX, showing no error output/cause

Is your System Settings voicemail server set to one of your active dialers?
What is your System Settings Timeclock End of day set to?

Yes It is
What is your System Settings Timeclock End of day set to?
Default : 0000

Are there any errors or other output when you run that script on your active voicemail server?
