We have a Vicidial Cluster with 1 DB 2 WEB and 2 DIALERs Servers. The Vicidial is:
VERSION: 2.14-855a
SVN Version: 3597
DB schema: 1658

We use the ViciPhone v2 for us agents and in the logging process the agents only use his credencials without type the extension number.

Sometimes, in the agent session appears two active calls, but from other sip channel, then the calls are overlap; the agent over hearing other agent call.

This is almost always caused by either system load issues, or network/workstation issues causing commands not to be executed properly.
