Predictive dialing campaign is not working

I have created a predictive dialing campaign with dial method= adapt-tapered, and followed other configuration that is mentioned in the manager manual. I have tested outbound call from the campaign ,which works fine, but after loading leads, automated calls are not working from agent interface. then I changed dial method=manual, tried dial next number from agent interface, and made calls successfully. Then again changed dial method=adapt-tapered, and predictive dialing is not working. Could anyone please help me out on this issue?

If you have set the caller id name in the dial plan before sending the call out to the carrier, this will likely be the cause of this.
Vicidial uses the caller id name field to track calls, if you need to set caller id name before sending the call out, see the loopback-no-log context in extensions.conf or test adding a p-asserted-identity header to see if your carrier overrides the caller id when it's present.

Other things to check are your dial prefix matches that set in your carrier entry.

I have not added caller id name, campaign caller id is same as carrier id, dial prefix also matches carrier dial plan. any suggestions?

Have you also looked at the asterisk cli during call attempts to see if there's any errors?

we have changed max trunks parameters from admin> servers (it was set as 23, and now changed to 96) and after that predictive dialing campaign worked. Thanks for your cooperation.

Yeah, by default the max trunks are set to 23. This is something that needs adjusting when you complete your installation to suit the hardware, expected use and requirements.
