Hi guys,

I'm just having a hard time installing Vicidial.

My specifications are:

Window 10
32 GB Ram
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
500GB hard drive
I have a dynamic IP address (Would I need to change this somehow?)

I've installed the Oracle VM Virtual Box. But I get stuck when it comes to the configuration. Would somebody be kind enough to explain to me what a good installation process would be for my current setup?

Which OS you have on Virtual Box? Any URL that you are following to install vicidail?

Maybe you can try ViCiBox? Very easy to get ViCi up and running;

- Download the ISO (http://download.vicidial.com/iso/vicibo ... 10.0.2.iso)
- Create a virtual machine in VirtualBox
- Mount the ISO in that VM and boot it up.
- It's smooth sailing from there on out. Follow the prompts and once logged in, use

or other commands based on your preferences.
- Access ViCiBox from your Windows machine and other computers on the network by navigating to the VM's IP address.
