Inbound/Outbound Queue's

Agent Manual version 2.14-658c shows possibility for seperate inbound/outbound queue counts on agent screen. How to enable? Thank you.

That's the campaign settings for "Calls In Queue Count Display 1" and "Calls In Queue Count Display 2". If you don't see those options in your Campaign Detail admin screen, then you will need to upgrade your system.

Looks like I need to build a settings container. I missed that. Thank you for quick reply. Back to the lab.
