I can't hear customers

i own a call center, my agents use vicidial and we use Microsip as a softphone plus ExpressVPN. they are able to hear customers but customers don't hear them back. also agents' voice volume is incredibly low. i tried and troubleshoot everything but nothing really works

Microsip doesn't always play nice with NAT, try entering you external IPv4 address in the public address box.
